PAYMENT
Payment can be made by credit/debit card or via cash. If paying with cash, you will receive a 5% discount.
If your credit card is declined and you items are laundered, we reserve the right to hold your items until you invoice has been paid. Once paid, your items will be dropped off either the next time we are in your location or within 3 business days.
PICK-UP CANCELLATION
If you schedule a pickup and need to cancel, please cancel before 7:00am the day of your scheduled pickup. If canceled after 7:00am there is a potential for a $15 late fee.
PLAN SELECTION
Select a plan that works best for you. Do you crave routine? Then select either weekly, biweekly or monthly. Want more flexibility? Then choose "By Request" so you can use only when you need us. Whatever selection you choose, we will be there to service your needs.
STAINS
Payment - We will do our best, but we do not guarantee we will be able to remove ALL stains from your clothing.
MOLD
Due to breathing issues that mold can cause, We will refuse and return any items with mold on them - We will not wash them.
BAG CLOSURE FEE
For the safety a protection of your laundry, it is important that the laundry bags be completely close and secured. Any overfilled Simpli Sorted laundry bags we pickup that are so full they cannot be closed will be subject to a $7.99 bag closure fee.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for lost or damaged laundry due to weather after delivery.
SOILED ITEMS
We reserve the right to refuse service of items soiled with bodily fluids, chemicals, or garbage. If we are unable to launder, these items will be returned unwashed. In the event we can launder, laundry is subjection to sanitization fee.
